「The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

「Expensive for the actual experience. No breakfast/coffee only. We are not coffee drinkers. Room was outdated and showed signs of wear. Fine if you're just in and out overnight and then on your way...but not comfortable for a longer stay.」

「We booked this resort very last minute when our current amenities were a massive fail. We checked in immediately and were greeted by the most genuine and kind gentleman at 11pm! The pool was just the right size and heated, our view was spectacular, and room was clean. What more could we ask for? We had lunch and a few drinks one day poolside, never waited at all for elevators, and parking was always available steps from the entrance. 「The facility and staff were excellent. My only gripe is the mandatory valet parking. I like to have access to my vehicle at all times. Otherwise, a top notch facility. I would definitely recommend it.」
