“我们被安排在电梯旁边的房间，整宿的电梯上下轰隆轰隆的声音让人无法入睡，找前台服务员被告知没有房间可以调换，我整宿只睡了不到三个小时，这是我最遭糕的一次住宿体验，这个酒店有这种情况，我认为是设施陈旧的表现，已被我列入黑名单了”

“Our stay at River Ranch was very disappointing. We understand that safety comes first, but all outdoor activities were shut down because of a storm that was still far away from the resort. “The 1st lady at check in seemed to have a problem with English but she called someone (who came within minutes) who was fluent. The internet was wonky. It went in & out. I couldn't get the tv to work but this was certainly operator headspace. I didn't ask about it because hubby was listening to stuff on his phone. The A/C was off when we arrived but very quickly cooled off. Bedding was very comfortable. It was a good deal for the price & we'd stay again.”
