The reception staff were great, as was everything else. you can walk the V city ( I think that is what it is called, it is a massive mall connected to the Tuen Mun railway station , just cross the bridge next to hotel it takes about 5 to 7 minutes. the area is safe and well lit .there is also the bus station there and LRT and Metro. Great place for family stay , lots of things to do swing, games, zipline, gardening etc. Food options are good , view is great when no air pollution, nice artificial beach nearby. Parking was 300 hkd per day or short term near by meter parking. Second short term stay would comeback again .

We enjoyed our stay at the Rambler Garden. The staff was courteous and gave us a free upgrade. The room was neat and clean. The swimming pool is one of the largest in Hong Kong and was great, even with the $40 HKD extra charge.
On the other hand, dining options was rather limited, with only a Chinese fast food restaurant in the mall beneath the hotel (Cafe de Coral).

2nd stay at this hotel, hotel is as shown in photos. Based around industrial area but safe and 7 elevens, laundrette and cafes nearby.
Special thanks to the lady (with glasses) in the mornings who cleaned our room 903 thoroughly and also the shuttle bus driver/security guard who made sure the bus left on time. And also returned my mobile phone when I left it on the bus by accident!
