“The hotel is set on stunning grounds, it was so nice to drive in and observe the wildlife. The staff were absolutely wonderful, warm; welcoming and informative. We were welcomed by Oben and Kyle who were a great front of house team. The hotel was our base for the night when we were watching a show at the BP Pulse. The hotel is really well located to the NEC, with easy links to other lovely local amenities. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. ”

“Super old building, also old bed, it’s not comfortable at all. Tiny gym and windows r broken. So it was super cold there. ”

“My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.”
