「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「My mom and I had a great trip to Puerto Rico to visit family and our experience had a lot to do with this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. The pool area is gorgeous, coming here early in the morning when they open was the best. After a day of exploring and eating out, we looked forward to our comfortable bed and clean room. Thank you again for a great stay. 」

「The room was luxurious and had all the amenities and tea and coffee we could desire! Check-in and check-out were easy and they let us store our luggage for free while we wait to check in to our next hotel. Would love to stay here again!」

「Fabulous hotel! Lots of restaurant options walking distance 」

「Good experience as usual. Third time staying in this hotel. But there’s always space to improve:: 1. The internet was failing and it was almost impossible to watch tv. 2. The service in the pool area has to improve, we basically had to get out of the water to go inside the bar and ask for food or drinks. Ironically, beach servers were faster. In general, beautiful place to rest and enjoy vacations!」
