"We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive.

"Hotel was amazing. The room was really nice, friendly staff. Good quality bedding and towels. Excellent breakfast with so much choice. 15 min walk from the main Dotonburi area, and Namba metro station. perfect location. Would definatley recommend this hotel and would stay there again. "
"We couldnt use most facilities due to duration of our stay. We did use the restaurant though. Amazing food and very considerate staff. Rooms are large and spacious. They provide with charging cables for phones as well! That was a major plus point for me."

the room lighting for makeup and getting ready for women was very dull and very limited, needs a vanity or vanity lighting on restroom mirror.
uber and taxi pick ups were always a struggle we had to walk out of the area to catch an uber or taxi, quite inconvenient.
