「Brilliant facilities for example the pools . Jacuzzi , steam room, and sauna . And the amusement room . And very nice sun terrace to chill out on . It’s my 6th time visiting tlh hotels . My 13 year old boy loves it and so do I , and I’m 50 .. so suitable for all ages 」

「Staff were all really nice, especially Ava our waitress. She went above and beyond.
However there were a couple of waiters who did disappoint us. One forgot to put our breakfast order through, although he did apologise to us. The other one just seemed to ignore us and I had to go and ask at reception for a menu.
Reception staff were all very friendly and polite.
Overall would definitely go back there again 」

「I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and condition of this hotel. The front of the property was extremely dirty, with rubbish scattered around, giving a very poor first impression upon arrival.
The outdoor swimming pool was out of service and filled with green, dirty water, which was both unappealing and concerning. The garden area was also poorly maintained, with broken furniture left lying around, adding to the neglected atmosphere.
Inside the hotel, the heating was turned...
