“The Bradstan is an EXPERIENCE! Not only is the hotel beyond beautiful, it’s impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and the facilities are fantastic! They have thought of everything from beautiful fireplaces and sitting areas all the way to toiletry items and bath robes. The breakfast was complimentary so I had mid expectations but I was wrong! Delicious over the top hot foods, fresh fruits and pastries, fresh juices and a coffee bar too. The……

“Location A. Accommodations D. Incredible views with bald eagles soaring above but this is less tiny home and more base camp. Anyone with physical limitations this is a NO GO. WiFi is spotty at best and hot water is very limited. It’s all good if you’re there to sleep and use the house as a jump off. Amenities are limited but it’s all depends on what you’re there for. Owner was responsive but the “house” is what it is. Description could be better. ”

It was magical to be soaking in the tub with snow falling around us! Pinecone Stays provided some great recommendations in nearby towns, and we really enjoyed exploring the area. “Julius is a great host and very friendly. I’ve stayed at his property 3 times and the family and I enjoy it so much each time. You can’t ask for a more beautiful property to stay on. “It was a beautiful setting and very relaxing. Close to a market and food. Lots of great restaurants within 30 minutes. Love the fact it has a fenced in yard. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The little trail behind the property on the way to the lake was fun. Only took a couple of minutes. Found very cute places to eat within 5 minutes of the property for breakfast, lunch or dinner. “ The Piazza “ it’s a pizza shop that has outdoor seating only.. it is something you have to try.……

The host was super helpful when we had an issue with our car and needed tools. The layout of the house was great and the property was amazing for our family to take our children on quads through. We will definitely be back!”

“I spent a weekend here with some girlfriends. The house is so beautiful and had enough beds/bedrooms that we were all comfortable. The pellet stove was easy to use and kept us cozy. The hot tub was so clean and very enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was responsive and every detail of the house was so well thought out. There’s not a single thing to complain about. “Excellent communication with our hosts. Very clear and detailed directions for all the home’s features (AC, BBQ, oven, fire pit). No detail was left unturned. The house is a perfect weekend getaway in a great part of NY with access to the lake and nearby grocery stores, diner, pizza, gas and a nature preserve. A++ cleanliness and all the Kitchen amenities you could want or need. We will be back!”
