“The staff was amazing! Entertainment was on point. The pools were great and the beach was nice. It’s likely just all inclusive food but after 2 days it felt repetitive and boring. Otherwise, it was a great stay.”

“I wanted to give this resort grace because I understand they were dealing with the effects of the recent hurricane, and I know that can impact operations. However, some of the issues we experienced were simply inexcusable.
The constant road noise made it difficult to relax, and waking up to it every morning wasn't pleasant. The shower rarely had hot water, and at times I had to stand in the tub and use a cup just to bathe.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room wasn't always properly cleaned,……
