“Beach is beautiful and a short walk from the room”

“Rooms were excellent. Property layout and vibe were excellent! 90 percent of staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.”

“The resort is an older resort with classic island charm. The property and amenities make up for the dated furniture in the units. The resort is perfect for a relaxed stay and easily accessible to all other resorts and restaurants via the shuttle or taxi. I will be coming back for a longer stay. The beach is priceless!”

“Need to consider other people that cannot get into a lounge chair. Chairs are needed around the pool as well. I heard other people also saying something about how nice it would be to have chairs as an option. ”

“Turks and Caicos is an expensive island so there was good value in staying at The Sands. They are within walking distance to a small downtown area and to their sister hotel, The Palms. Food at Hemingway’s was good and the restaurant is conveniently located close to the pool and beach, however they have a tiny bar area and infrequent service to the beach area. There would be better use of space if they had a bar area on the deck closer to the beach. We had some issues with our lights not shutting……
