“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”

“Room was a bit dusty the mirror, the lamps and the phone. The sink also had hairs in it when we arrived. Apart from that it was good, spacious room comfy bed fresh towels. Staff was great too very helpful and attentive.”

“Great location. £12 breakfast was good, proper coffee from the machine too. My room on 3rd floor was great with a king size comfy bed. but my friend was on the 2nd floor and said the shower spoiled her stay. Both have step into baths to shower so a little dated but hers wasn’t the best experience as once inside the bath to shower her head touched the shower head. So not ideal. ”

“Room was clean although decor was tired and in need of a refresh. We weren't informed at check in that we would be charged to use the spa facilities so unexpected cost of £7.00 each per day. Only 2 small pillows on bed, asked at reception for additional pillows and was handed them from the reception desk to take to room whilst trying to carry luggage. Not ideal. We didn't book for breakfast or eat in the hotel so I can't comment.”

“With the provision of a very good kitchen inside the apartment, unfortunately no dining table and chairs were provided. So my family members and I had to stand during eating. Such situation is considered very undesirable.”

“We arrived in the hotel early and left our luggages to the hotel staff. When we got back our luggage in the evening, one of the suitcases was apparently damaged. The staff tried to fixed it twice but failed. I was promised to be given at least a letter confirming the damage so that I could send it our insurer, and that the hotel would give us membership points as a compensation. The manager also said he would check the cctv and come back to us. However, nothing happened until we chased for an……
