“The room was nice and clean, the only problem was they offered breakfast, but never kept their promise . Otherwise it was ok .”

“The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. He was very friendly, gave us clear directions about where to park, and helped us find our room. His kindness and helpful……
