“We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches.……

“This was a great property on the quiet side of the island, and it is close to all the best beaches. It is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Hannah and Lorraine know everything there is to know about St. John and are so incredibly helpful and responsive! The guide they emailed before the trip helped me plan which beaches and restaurants I wanted to visit, but I also got input from Lorraine once I got to the island. “Our stay at Karen and Jeff's Villa was just what we needed. The space was very comfortable, and the views were amazing, as promised. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to eat in. The road to the house was steep and took some adjusting to, but we adapted quickly and appreciated the quiet and privacy. Karen and Jeff were very helpful and welcoming, and we hope to visit again in the future!”

“Beautiful property. The drive is extremely challenging. You absolutely need a four wheel drive vehicle. The view is amazing. Dwight guided me through check-in process and drove to the property to solve a problem with my bed.. I highly recommend this property.”

“We very much enjoyed the picturesque seascape and the view of all of the surrounding islands. We liked being on the quiet side of the island away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Being high up on the mountain we had a steady seabreeze. Our host was gracious and told us places to go and things to do.”

“Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it. The Host, John goes above and beyound to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and responds quickly. The view of the stars are absolutely amazing at……

“Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome……

“The host Kevin is super Kevin’s place is fabulous and he and his manager Theresa were wonderfully communicative and helpful. I was the first guest and they were working to make sure everything was just right, and it was. It is a lovely spot with a great view and sea breezes. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is excellent. The shower is great. Parking is above the house (steps lead down to the house) along the local back road and very easy by St John standards. I am a long time……
