「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「Our 5 night stay was absolute heaven. The staff, each and every one of them, were so friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable and wonderful. I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The bar and lounge were great places to read, relax and meet people. We now have new found friends from Australia.
