“I was there for work. Excellent location however definitely more than a 3 minute walk to the Quebec Convention Centre as mentioned. Went out on the balcony as it was a lovely day. Table was covered in dust and then the door would not latch or lock. Called front desk numerous times and no one answered. I went down to front desk twice but no one was there. Finally left a voicemail and a message on VRBO app. Someone finally came up the next day from reception when i was done work. He could not fix……
