「Truly one of the best hotel I've ve stayed at. This was my first solo trip so anxiety was high. As soon as i walked into my room, i felt so accomplished and safe. The room gave a home like cozy feeling. Line of communication was always open and from booking to check in to stay to cheek out was top notch. 「Gem in Old Quebec City! Great location in hisoric building just off Rue St. Jean. Room was spotless, lots of towels & 2 TV's - although entry was digital - staff was very responsive to all of our needs. Loved the modern amenities mixed in with authentic stone wall👍we will return 」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.
But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not????
Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The space is huge for the price you pay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The rest of the loft included a kitchen, dining area, oversized bedroom and, up a few steps, an oversized living area with two sofas.
I’d recommend the owners provide directions on how to operate the tv / cast to the TV.
The area outside can be loud at night. 」
