「This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. 「We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. 「The condo was very conveniently located, right next to I-70 (although the traffic can be a bit loud), making it easy to visit a lot of nearby sites such as Glennwood Springs, Leadville, and Frisco. 「This is an older condo that has been meticulously renovated with high end finishes. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. The unit is ground level so there is some noise on the stairs outside but it was minimal. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the secondary entrance to Beaver Creek. 「Unit was as advertised clean, well decorated and comfortable. A perfect place for our 50th anniversary celebration. We ended up arriving in 3 separate cars and were able to park all under the unit. 「So just to start The House itself is a very nice and beautiful house needs a lot of work done to it, but it is very nice. Our main problems were cleanliness. There was mouse droppings all over cobwebs everywhere, and in two of the drawers were rolled up joints and marijuana pills that anyone could get to it there was some kind of food I presume, crackers and chips on almost all of the furniture. There is leftover food in the fridge from previous people. Very nice house but needs a lot of work....

「Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths.」
