“The kitchen was fully equipped, the walk in closet had more sheets and blankets than I needed. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped also. The outside area was clean and lively, but it was raining so we didn’t use it. I’d stay there again. ”

Especially nice: Parking! Easy to check in and leave. Nice bathroom with ample hot water. Good heating (it was winter and cold in L.A.). Nicely furnished kitchen. Strong wi-fi. Plenty of linens and towels. Comfortable furniture with lots of power outlets for our devices. And Heidi was very much in touch with us and……

“My wife and I were in Topanga Canyon for the week, for a family wedding and our stay at this property greatly enhanced that experience. The cottage was very charming, cozy and nicely furnished & decorated. It had everything we needed, including a large kitchen, comfortable master bedroom & 2 full bathrooms. Was quiet and serene, with a beautiful backyard. Several tasty restaurants were nearby. It was the perfect place for us. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We plan to return! ”

“Lisa made check-in and out very easy, stocked the place with games and toys, and was great with our dogs. There was wood for the wood-burning stove (much appreciated, since the mobile home doesn't have central heat or air), and the kitchen was adequately stocked. However, with the small fridge and limited counterspace, it was a bit challenging to cook. The stay was peaceful as it's an old, quiet neighborhood perched on the side of a hill next to Topanga State park, though we were disappointed to……
