"This was our second time at the St. Regis Kanai (we went last year as well), and it was excellent yet again. The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious, and very clean. The butler service is stellar (Rafael and Dali are top-notch) and all the staff is wonderful. All are very polite, friendly, and professional. The food delicious (Toro is our favourite) The pools are so beautiful (there is one adult only pool, but we did not visit it) It is a family friendly resort, so there were children around the pools. All were very well behaved. Only negative is the price of wine. Very, very expensive. So much so that we only ordered one glass of wine the whole week; a rose given it was the least costly of all the wines. Beer prices were very reasonable and cocktails (very delicious) were on par with prices found in high end city restaurants and cocktail bars. It is an absolutely incredible resort that is perfect for a special occasion trip. "

"Overall, we had a great stay at this all-inclusive resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful — every time we had a question or a small issue, it was resolved quickly and with a smile. The food was good overall. Some dishes were a bit different from what we’re used to, but the variety was solid. The à la carte restaurants were a highlight, especially the Italian one — great selection and quality. We honestly wish we had booked it more than once. The resort itself is very lively. At times it felt quite crowded, especially around the pool. Unfortunately, some guests leave towels early in the morning to “reserve” loungers despite the rules, which we didn’t love — but that’s more of a guest behavior issue, not the hotel’s fault. The pool water was a bit cold, and the sea wasn’t very clean during our stay, but again, this isn’t something the hotel can control. We stayed on the resort for the full 7 days without even leaving the property — there was enough to do. Some of the shows were really enjoyable, others were just okay. The bar was good, drinks were decent, and overall the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. In general, a very positive experience. We felt comfortable, well taken care of, and truly relaxed."

"The staff like no other Lobby Mirador "May" at the bar is the Best Monserrat and Danian makes the team amazing. The Food is the best . Went to the restaurants and the bufette hands down is better . More variety warmer and the Chefs will show you how to ccompliment your dish to make the experin e unforgetable. Very clean.. the shows are top notch!"
