「Out of this world experience- attention to detail was amazing / the food, the service and the design and architecture were incredible! My son and I did the spa and we did the rainforest sauna along with an hour massage. It was an incredible experience!」

「A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there.」

「Can’t say enough good things. The property is gorgeous, the staff incredibly kind and helpful, everything is clean, and the privacy factor top notch. This is my new favorite place to come and stay.」

「Leider war Schlaf kaum möglich, da die ganze Nacht Bauarbeiten (laute Schleifarbeiten) am Nachbargebäude stattgefunden haben. Weiter ist das Wasser in der Dusche salzig und nicht warm. Wir sind daher einen Tag vorher angereist. Das Personal war wiederum sehr nett 」

「Overall is good」

「Great property, not too crowded and spacious clean rooms. The beach was cleaned daily, but there is still seaweed on the ground and in the water. We had the all inclusive package which is highly recommended as we would have spend about $1500 per day for 4 extra without it! Lots of families with young kids, but the property is spacious so you can always find privacy.」

「My husband and I take trips to the Caribbean once a year. We typically don't consider going to the same place twice. However, our stay at the Blue Diamond has made us rethink that decision. The customer service, facility, and food were amazing. The food always tasted so fresh and the Mexican dishes were particularly fantastic. Our experience is definitely a memory we won't soon forget. This was hands down one of our best travel experiences.」

「The food was very nasty the excursions workers took our money and lied to us about what we was doing the concierge was extremely disrespectful after I try to explain to him what happened he was very useless and rude going back and fourth with me they never help me they just took my money and told me that they can’t do nothing about it ruin my birthday never agin」

「The review is beautiful. We were able to upgrade to the platinum side and that really made the trip. It is so big there make sure you ask about all the things you can do and get it on your phone. They have lots to do for kids but if you don’t ask you’ll miss out on a lot.」

「We stayed for 9 nights and there was not a day without some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. The staff is very very polite and friendly, but they lack professionalism and training. Some servers in the restaurants don’t speak very good English, so that can be an area of improvement. The overall impression is that the whole operation is out of tune. Strong management and review of all aspects of operations is recommended. Alila is not on par with the rest of the Mayakoba hotels.」
