「I really love this property ! The surroundings were beautiful- very green and lush, room was impeccably clean, very attentive staff , beautiful pools, very well maintained gym and great food. There were some nice on-site activities as well - recommend the boat tour and cacao ceremony, both of which were done beautifully.
Be mindful of the cost of room service which was quite exorbitant and not worth it given the portion sizes. The hotel transfers are also quite costly so consider taking a taxi...

「All restaurants we tried (Azul, Cocina de Autor, Piaf, Chaká, Lucca) were excellent, better than anything else we have tried in Cancun, and certainly at the top compared to all the other resorts and restaurants we have eaten in around the world.
If you are looking for an uncrowded resort with excellent food and don't mind paying for it, then consider the Gran Velas.
There is a lack of sports activities for adults, but I think this is fine as long as you come with this understanding.」

「We had an awesome time at Hyatt Zilara. The staff is excellent and super friendly. They have an awesome coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries. The breakfast buffet is good. Food was to be as expected at an all inclusive resort. The Asian restaurant and the hibachi was the best. Pool is nice and large. Special shout out to Michelle the pool concierge and Lucero, the barista (both sweet ladies)
who made our stay so pleasant! Thank you all, for the amazing job you do every single day!!」

「Everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities are very new, the decoration is simple, the bed sheets are clean, and the mattress is soft.
All the staff at the front desk are extremely nice, especially Exequiel. When I couldn't sleep, I went to the front desk several times to ask, and he was very enthusiastic to tell me how to choose a tour group and also told me what precautions I need to take if I go by myself. I think such an employee deserves a higher salary because he really makes...
