“We all loves our stay so much. Utter relaxation, great beach with loungers where you could order drinks and food. The staff was truly lovely. Room was clean and spacious. We couldn't have asked for anything more. And the food at the restaurant was actually good. I was a bit apprehensive due to the other reviews but breakfast had many options. Dinner offerd salad and soup every night, as well as multiple options for main course. Portions aren't huge but I didn't mind. The quality was really good……

“My husband and I had an outstanding stay at the Viceroy in Riveria Maya...incredible service at the highest level, quiet, peaceful and was the perfect place to unwind. I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed……

“Property was very very clean, and each staff member we interacted with was so sweet and helpful; especially the trolly guys. Our room was clean and pretty. Bed sheets had a stain on them, but we called right away and someone was at our room in under 10 minutes to completed change everything. We stayed in El Beso, but just a heads up that El Beso offers premium which lets you use the larger pool and nice beach chair areas. Restaurants were pretty good. Loved the short rib at Blue Moon. Drinks……
