「Our host Patrick was very responsive to our needs. The condo is well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There are lots of beach items available. The configuration of the bedrooms upstairs is a little awkward but doable for people that are not too concerned about absolute privacy. The location is excellent, parking no problem. 「Our stay was nice. The room was suitable. It was confusing finding where to park, it's in an entirely different parking lot than the studio. The beach it sits on is nice with comfortable chairs, but pretty rocky in the water. AC was advertised, but we were asked to use it as little as possible. 「We enjoyed our stay at this little condo. Couple things we would change if we could: the pool is small and not a place we wanted to spend time - totally unusual for us. We love the water and pools but this one was small and odd. The condos are right on top of each other. Almost every morning we were awakened by our neighbor on her lanai talking on her phone at 7:15ish - and their TV every night was very audible. If possible, I would stay on the 3rd floor next time so as not to hear people...

"Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The hotel’s restaurant, Lava Lava Beach Club, is also delicious and worth trying. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was spotting a monk seal resting right on the beach in front of the hotel—such a special and unexpected experience. A couple of small things could be improved: the shower pressure in our room was a bit weak, and the public microwave in the lobby wasn’t very easy to find. Overall, this hotel is a great option for families. Our 2-year-old had a wonderful time here, and we would happily stay again on our next trip to Kauai."
