And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. 「Reception and concierge staff were very professional and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast has an amazing choice of hot and cold dishes. Again, staff were excellent with excellent attention to detail. Bar staff were great and our pizza and fries in the bar were lovely and arrived in no time at all. We love staying here because the location is brilliant for walking, sightseeing and within close reach of public transportation.」

「good location nearby the Liverpool Street Station, just few mins walk, easy to reach the underground, shops and restaurants, nice room with good space. only problem is the opposite building is under re-construction, a little bit mess」
