“We had a fantastic trip. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Paul was a great host, and was very communicative throughout the trip.”

“Great property for 3 small families. Would stay again. 20 minutes to grocery stores which isn't too bad. Dollar general a couple miles away. Lake that cabin is on is a bit stagnant so only a couple of the teenageers decided to swim. Overall a great experience and the fishing is great! Jon boat and kayaks were used everyday! Hot tub on arrival needed cleaning but cleaning person showed up the 2nd morning without us asking.”

“This home had everything we needed for our annual cousins weekend with our four grandchildren. The kids lived fishing from the dock and kayaking in the lake. We're looking forward to returning next year!”

“The house is just as described. Very clean and great for families. The hot tub, fire pit, and lake view are fantastic. Access to the pool and some smaller lake beaches are quite close. The only small knock was that the outside lights did not work down to the firepit. Contacted the host, someone came, but was unable to fix them during our stay. But, other than that, place was awesome. I would go again if in the area.”

“We had a lovely weekend away at this property! Clean, cozy and stocked with all the cooking supplies needed. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water and nice bedding. The dock, kayaks and chairs on the rock beach were great for relaxing. We’ll be back!”

“The property is in need of maintenance and updating. The body of water it sits on is shallow and small. Not really conducive for fishing or kayaking. Innsbrook itself is lovely with nice beaches for swimming.”

“Wonderful home!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! So much so that we might stay again! It was clean, AC worked great, and the washer and dryer was necessary with a newborn. It was also a great location in Innsbrook. Close to everything. Thank you again for letting us into your home!”

“Left feedback already. The house was perfect for our small family reunion. Some suggestions for improvements include:Keep olive oil as a staple for guests for cooking.Mention the gas grill as an option for guests.Spray for bugs. Several bedroom drawers had wood roaches.Consider allowing use of pontoon as it is listed as possibily being available - would have preferred to actually use it than look at it while sitting on the dock. Consider allowing one small dog for repeat customers with proven……

“The place was very clean and the host was very responsive!”

“Wonderfully sized and furnished house. Great kitchen and the back patio was perfect for entertaining.”

“Great place overall. A good location to host a large extended family week.”

“Chalet was adorable. The use of all the space was great. My only downside was the amount of text messages I received from innsbrook.”

“All great”

“Beautiful view on quiet Lake Grendel! Had everything we needed for a pleasant time with family.”
