「An excellent hotel, with warm staff and attention to detail. The staff were so helpful and kind. The evening drinks were lovely and the room was very brilliant with one of the best showers ever and a comfortable big bed. Plus a great location for cafes and heading into central London.」

「历史著名景点，感受下丘吉尔当年工作过的地方，每天还有一个多小时的讲解，不只是舒服的酒店，还是历史景点，服务员态度也很好，值得体验和推荐！」

「好」

「Absolutely amazing people and service. The Italian designers feel penetrates the entire buildings which used to be a church. Love the experience. Again, employees are so friendly and nice! Totally happy 」

「還不錯的地方，只是有點難找，要跨過一個類似天井的地方，似乎之前也不是這個名字，所以計程車到達的時候，找不到地點有點難找，不過整體環境跟房間還是蠻漂亮的，CP值也高。」

「Location is perfect for sightseeing around central London. That said, the pillows are atrociously bad, wounded up having neck pain everyday waking up. And for the love of all that’s holy, bring or buy yourself proper toothpaste. The ones came with the dental kits would take the time it takes to make the Stonehenge to squeeze enough for a proper brush.」

「地點極佳」

「The hotel is near the Enbankment tube station. You can walk to the bank of the river as well. Room is clean and comfortable」

「Excellent service, best location, 4 mins walk from the underground and shopping area and next to the theatre. The interior design of the loddy, room and everywhere is amazing, you can find new detialing everyday. The room is comfortable as well. I will stay here in the next London trip.」

「Good 」

「我開心可以喺呢度渡過了七日嘅旅程 呢度嘅員工都好熱心，Bartender嘅Cocktail都好好飲，下次再來」

「Charming property, early check-in, convenient location. Would stay there again and recommend」

「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

「The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. 」
