「From the moment we walked in we wanted to run no floors have been swept there was food on the steps (not on plates) the room wasn’t very clean bathroom was gross we went back to the desk to say we were going somewhere else the girl at the desk was fantastic (wish we got her name) she called ahead and got us into a sister property she went above and beyond it was a lot better the Ramada we realized that the 1st had few stars but we’ve never been disappointed in a wyndum hotel in the past 」

「Hotel is nice, room was clean. Unfortunately we stayed in the 2nd floor and could hear noice from dining area beneath us early in the morning and noise echoing from the 1st floor reception area late at night because of balcony opening from 2nd looking down to 1st floor. The surrounding area is fine, many of the restaurants arent open very late. Several quick sightseeing options within walking distance. 」

「It’s a very beautiful and historical hotel close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Our room was great with plenty of space and an extra sitting area. Kitchen and bar are open to midnight with great food. I highly recommend. 」

「I've stayed here before and brought my family for a baseball game and to explore the city. Love the location. It's at an intersection of the city, lake, and river, so quick access to each. When we arrived, the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a pretty quiet hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job too. We especially liked having access to a pool table. It was a nice small touch which went a long way for us. Fantastic visit. Only hotel we'll ever use in Cleveland.」
