“We happened to stay during a power outage, we were in the 6th floor so I could not leave room to do anything as I'm disabled. Lovely place, lovely people and I know the power was not their fault. Would stay again hopefully under better circumstances.”

“Room was clean, staff was very helpful and polite with a warm greeting when arriving. Had breakfast at the restaurant every mooring and enjoyed the service and food. The floors could have been cleaner but if you planned like I did and brought your slides you won't even have to worry about it.”

“24hrs Coffee was set on the lobby. We can access anytime especially for the early flights”

“I arrived at the hotel promptly at 4 p.m. yesterday to check in. There were plenty of vacant spaces in the outdoor parking lot, yet the on-duty morning manager greeted us with a surly, extremely unfriendly attitude. When he learned we needed to park our car, he insisted we use the underground parking garage instead. I clearly told him the underground area was rather narrow and I was not a confident driver, but he brushed off my concerns and claimed it would be no problem, forcing me to park……
