" Very clean and nice hotel. Quiet and even had an outlet that worked for American devices! Restaurant was ok and lack of a shuttle was a bummer but overall this is a nice hotel. I would stay here again for the quick access to Heathrow."

"anyone considering the hotel: i haven't seen it explained very clearly but the way you get to the hotel is via a 5 minute driverless monorail thing straight from terminal 5 car park. It's unbelievably convenient, just factor in another 16 quid (8 there, 8 back). But honestly, it was worth it for the speed. You can get from T2/T3 coachstation to T5 park via free train within half hour, then the pod things are waiting for you and you're there in a blink. The actual hotel itself was way better than i expected for the price and when there was an issue, they resolved it straight away in a way that was very generous."
