「Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

「Jazzy and Darren are wonderful hosts. Responding fast and resolving issues quickly. The place was clean and neat. Recently renovated . Convenient location, with bus stop at doorstep, tubes a short walking distance and main line walking distance. Shops / restaurants nearby. Would recommend. They even helped in putting a bed in the living room to accommodate 2 extra people . Hope to visit again .」

「What a lovely lodging to use as our base for a London visit ! In a quiet and charming neighborhood near the end of the District line, just a 7 minute walk from the station, with a nice old pub nearby and good restaurants. The space is bright, clean, roomy enough, and very comfortable, with nice furnishings and well supplied kitchen and bath. There is a lovely and fragrant outside garden with seating.
