「This hotel is a hidden gem. We had an oceanfront lanai room and it was absolutely fantastic. There's nothing like having breakfast on the lanai and looking across the ocean to the island of Molokai. We really liked the size of the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Very roomy for the two of us. We also liked being able to bbq one evening on the Weber gas grill. 「Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.」

「My family & I love this hotel!!! We just spent 9 days at there in May. We’ve been coming to the Royal Lahani since 2003. The resort is clean, the staff is helpful & friendly. The beach is beautiful & the ocean water is so clear & blue. While we were in the water two sea turtles swam right next to us, they were headed toward the reef by the black rock!!!. 「If you are looking for a CLEAN, convenient place to stay, and do not need to overspend on a resort… this is your place. The king size bed was so comfortable and the twin day bed was great too! Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Maui!」

「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」
