「I don't remember ever staying at a hotel with better service, and I travel at least 6 times a year. Everyone we encountered, from all of the front desk staff to the person in charge of housekeeping were so helpful and really friendly! The room was VERY nice, well lit, with great amenities. Only complaint was that the A/C was pretty loud. The breakfast was excellent (which is not always the case with "free" hotel breakfasts. Overall, if i have the need to return to Phoenix I would definitely stay...
