“Breakfast stopped right on 900am which suppose to be open until 10am. ”

“Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. ”

“Front desk staff/maintenance staff were great. However, a particular female employee (perhaps cleaning staff) was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRASIVE to my wife. We had a problem with the door handle to front door of our room. Front desk staff told us how to get it to open. Next day still had the problem. My wife asked a cleaning staff lady if she could open the door. She said my wife had to go to front desk. My wife went to front desk, they walked back to room to assist. My wife was telling……

“The only drawback would be the internet speed. OK, I admit i'm using the free WIFi, maybe preeminent choice would be much better. The other parts are very good: facilities are new, front desk is always friendly, room is clean and comfortable.”

“Feels safe. Parking convenient. Can always smell some cigarette smell. Fire alarm batteries were not in there at first, they added it after I reminded. Black holes on wooden floor make by cigarettes everywhere which feels a bit bad.”

“The rooms were clean. The staff is nice. They also have gates that are accessible only with the room key. So nobody else can go in and out of the parkinlot. They also have breakfast but we never woke up early enough for that.”

“We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating . In the the middle of the night in the new room there was noises coming from someone trying to enter the door! Over and over to……
