"Great spacious rooms "

"The double room was spacious. The bathroom had a deep tub as well as a shower. The beds were very comfortable. On checkout day, they held our bags so we could continue enjoying the city. Would definitely stay here again!"

"All was going well until the room cards could not be programmed. Rest pc, mgr assist, another rep help. Not the card and not the tech. Room was not set up right. Oh well. Got a different room on a lower floor. "

"Parking lot wasn't great "

"I loved the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was grateful for the valet parking as the hotel is not in a safe area at this time. The hotel did not email me a copy of the invoice as they said they would. Overall it's a convenient place to stay"

"Historic"

"This was a really nice hotel in a central location. Very walkable. Parking was decent, however upon checkin parking is tight (not many cars fit in the area. We had a beautiful view room and could see the Empress and harbor with cruise ships. Very quiet, nice swimming pool. An enjoyable stay in Victoria."
