"Steve at the front desk went above and beyond for service. I was in town working on a construction site and after a long day of work all I wanted was a soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately I forgot my trunks. I asked Steve where I could purchase some but all the places that might sell them had closed. I went to my room and after a few minutes Steve came to my door with a pair of his own shorts and offered them to me to use. I gladly excepted and had a relaxed soak in the hot tub. Thanks again Steve, you rock!"

"Great area, room was nice and clean and comfortable.. they even have a great lounge to hang out especially in the morning when family is still sleeping to watch some tv and get some work done. Overall great place to stay"

"We just happened upon the hotel and the staff was exceptional! So friendly and helpful. Great suggestion to Hank's Grill which was just a block away. They have a full breakfast bar and the girls were wonderful servers. We will definitely stop by next time we are in West Yellowstone."
