"We were over the moon to send the last 4 days of a 2 week holiday on the coast. Unfortunately this listing did not provide us with the home away from home we wanted. While the property manager was very responsive, nothing was solved. I privately provided a list of issues ranging from WiFi not working, insufficient kitchen equipment and being unable to use the shower in the upstairs bathroom because of plumbing issues. Beware loud neighborhood. "

"This property is in need of some tlc. If you are using the loft room it has wooden steep stairs and no handrail at all which made it extremely difficult to access. There is NO on site parking as advertised in fact there is NO parking near the property at all. Had to park some streets away which were not permit parking like outside the property, this caused friction with the owners of the house that we parked in front of which we ended up getting verbally abused for. "Cormorant View is a lovely house to stay in, it was clean and tidy, although some of the picture frames were in need of dusting. The views from the windows in the lounge and main bedroom are spectacular and it iwas a pleasure to wake up and see birds opposite.We had 7 people staying and while there were enough items in the kitchen, there were only 8 tea/coffee cups and 8 forks, some additional forks and mugs would have been useful. "Nice cosy flat, however requires a bit of maintenance as front door was a bit damaged, some areas around the flat needed cleaning, cobwebs around the ceiling and flat above noise transferred down quiet a bit. "Very spacious and cosy. In fact, if he could, my Husband would have bought the place! Extremely close to the sea front, and for train travel, it is perfect, being literally just across from the station. Not as noisy as we had expected being on the main road which was nice. We were lucky with the weather too, as it only rained through the nights. For convenience I would highly recommend this property."
