“This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep……

“We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.”

“TCH is in a great location for getting in, around and out of MoBay, no doubt. The front desk Clerk was great.....but clearly cognizant of the hotel's shortcomings.
The condition of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired! The first room I was placed in, seemed ok for the price. But then the lights went out and I had to be moved as there was no electrician on site.
The next room was bigger and also kinda ok, but had what appeared to be mold on the bathroom roof, no covers on the bathroom sink……

“They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room
-the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh.
The flooring need cleaning
