「Hotel muito limpo, novo, ótima estrutura, muita comida, muita variação de comida, e comida muito boa. O atendimento é padrão, assim como em outros paises do caribe, ou ate mesmo no brasil, o atendimento depende das pessoas, tem gente muito boa, simpatica, solicita, tem gente ruim, num dia ruim... basicamente o hotel é otimo, um allinclusive excelente, com chopp hieniken (nem sempre gelado) e com muita opção de divertimento. Lembrando, a maior parte das atrações de Resort estão no hotel ao lado...

「Best option for area. Walkable city. You could pay more but not get much more. Good view of Park where there is frequent entertainment. My second time here after looking at other options on previous trip. Staff is sincerely friendly and helpful.」

「We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The jungle experience and animals added a fun touch. The staff members were very friendly and you could tell they genuinely cared about the animals. The breakfast was semi customizable with options provided to choose from the night before and tasted good. We would definitely stay here again!」
