“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Great location. Larger condo style rooms with washer / dryer. There for a couple of days and never had housekeeping appear. Would have been nice to have trash removed, new towels, etc. Parking was always available, but busy.”

“Very good experience~all my family love it!”

“I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and I love it every time. It’s in a great location! Right down the street from Bell Rock. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.”
