「For seven days the the refrigerator never work i notify housekeeping still no improvement. For the same period of time every morning they claims they ran out 2-3 items on the breakfast menu」

My first room was in desperate need of repair, the curtains were dirty on the bottom, the shower was moldy and the fridge was hot. I was then transferred to another room over 24 hours later. That room was better but still not clean, floor had footprints and there was still the mildew smell. The fridge was warm in that room also. 」

「We stayed in a basic two bed room. Our first room we found roaches and we were given the opportunity to move rooms. After moving rooms we noticed a mildew smell, another roach and the bedding had stains on it. This is the same resort that has you sign a document being responsible for staining their linens and getting charged $250 but the linens already had noticeable stains. It was constantly loud, slamming of doors, fights in the hall ways. The room service menu was terrible, the food was...

「The room was clean with a pleasant view of the local commumity, unfortunately the towel rail fell off the wall. Staff members were pleasant, helpfull and went above and beyond duty to assist the seniors. Meals were well prepared, generous and presented as requested.」
