"The manager was exceptional. I was at the property during the threatened tsunami. He clearly had a plan to execute during the emergency. He kept everyone safe. He gave out free food and water. He maintained order. His staff assisted with the execution of the plan. The manager and his staff were patient and nice during the entire ordeal."
"This hotel is not fancy and modern BUT it is in great/safe location, clean room, and staff was quick to respond to request. My only gripe is the carpet made it hard to roll our luggage.
