“The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. “My third time staying at Aston Waikiki Sunset. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues you asked. Room is clean, equipped with a full kitchen and has the balcony. Each floor has coin-operated washer/dryer. You can purchase parking tickets at the machine in the lobby for $35 per day. The hotel facilities and room furniture are somewhat outdated. Anyway, it's a good choice when you're on vacation in Honolulu.”

“Great property, loved the location. Easy walk to Turtle Beach, or short drive with easy parking. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Lots of beach gear available, too. Only caution I have — the unit was rather warm when we arrived. However, we turned on the AC units and placed fans in common areas, and then went out for dinner. It was adequately cooled off when we returned. ”
