"My room is back view. The room is clean, beautiful interior design, breakfast has variety choices, swimming is small but interesting with transparent class. Rooftop is spacious and scenic. The staff service can be improved. The loony is on 12th floor to check in."

"The front desk lady was very nice and quick especially when helping with our small kids. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel was excellent and chef was able to speak fluent English in the morning when serving omelets "

"Its the mandarin oriental what more can I say a 5 star luxury hotel the staff is exceptional transportation provided to the subway station with easy access to shopping and the bund hotel restaurants are great"
