"The hotel staff was wonderful; despite the language barrier, I could truly feel their warmth and hospitality. I was very satisfied with the room facilities and the hot spring (onsen) experience. However, I was quite disappointed with the Hida beef hamburger steak—the bottom was burnt, which was a letdown."
