“Luxury room Clean tidy Wonderful restaurant “RISE””

“Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located just adjacent to the train station. The breakfast is great. Yet the room may need some renovation as it actually getting old. During check-in, we were informed to pay for the hotel, which we already paid during the booking, but it was rectified once we spoke to the hotel staff during check-out. ”

“For the price paid... OK. Stopped here several times before and this was the worst experience. The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process. The biggest issue, however, was the……

“If you are not good at climbing stairs, or if you are carrying 2 or 3 suitcase with you, never book a room at 1st floor . My experience is that, after I have brought the suitcase up the narrow and winding staircase, I need to take a two-hour rest before I can have the courage to think about going out. Other than that, the hotel is comfortable.”

“What a beautiful place to stay on the North Bay of Scarborough and threturnnbus services in to Scarborough South Bay are every 10-15mins. Very much enjoyed our stay. ”
