「No cups in the room」

「Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by.」

「This was my first time staying at a Best Western Plus, but if this stay is a reflection of other sites, it is not my last time! There were 10 of us in two rooms and we could have had more. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of options to sleep. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kids had breakfast and it was a normal breakfast. The location was great. I plan to stay here again whenever we visit Alabama.」

「Stayed in a family suite. The pullout bed was terribly uncomfortable. The kids complained they were sleeping on springs with no cushion at all. We had to ask for bedding and pillows. The property had only one operating elevator and needed cosmetic improvements as well as normal upkeep improvements. The place was clean, however the smell of cleaning supplies was overwhelming.」
