“Staff was great”

“The Inn is a beautiful and historical building, kept immaculately clean. Each room is unique, but each also includes a refrigerator and updated bathroom. It is located at the top of the main street in Old Orchard Beach, making it the perfect location to visit. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I have returned to the inn several times now on my visits to the area.”

“The property and the room that we had was right on the ocean and was beautiful. A few steps to the beach. It was an extremely hot weekend and the pool wasn't ready though. It was a short walk to old Orchard Beach pier. We would definitely use this location again.”

“We did not automatically receive the door code from Expedia. For 2 hours I worked with tech support (AI) and online Chat, finally a real person who sent me an email address for the property manager. After two hours I made the decision I needed to find alternate accommodations. I did finally receive the code, after I had another place. Neither the property nor Expedia is willing to give me even a partial credit for the unused room. I won't be booking a room through Expedia again.”

“This place is right on the beach. Very nice older hotel. We enjoyed the area very much, but there is only pay parking in lots not very close to attractions. Difficult to get around if you are using handicap assisted devices....”

“I remember arriving at this cottage and being so impressed by all the amenities: - the cleanliness - the parking space - the dedicated gas grill outside - the dedicated parking space - the clean pool I couldn't believe how the cottage layout was so optimized because it had everything you needed during a stay - utensils, a fan in both rooms, an AC unit, cable tv, a compact shower with plenty of towels, a small kitchen table. The bed sheet were of good quality and very clean. The little cottage……

“Pros - staff - distance to the pier Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a. - to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke. - could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed) - yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location. I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“The owners are wonderful, you can tell they care about ensuring everyone has what they needs and making sure the property is well cared for. This was a great stay, we were a large group of 6 families that stayed for the week! Everyone agreed this was one of our best vacations! We will be back!”
