Alongside the canal in Chester, with the gym opposite. Well situated for a walk into the historic centre of the city. Good parking available opposite and excellent dining!

Clean room but could do with some refurbishing as it looks the same as when I stayed 15 years ago

Super central on the shopping street, walkable to everywhere. We were a little cautious in the evening, as lots of people around. Check in was great, we needed a twin room and this had not come through in the booking but they sorted for us. Room was spotless and huge!

Fabulous location. In hustle and bustle of city centre but once in room very quiet. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Kitchen a great bonus. Friendly staff. Eating places and shops galore within very short walk. We loved it!

We live in Ellesmere port
We visited Cheshire Oaks which is a fantastic shopping destination
The hotel had ran out of milk for rooms so we had to trek to reception every day. My daughter is Gluten free and for 5 days despite asking only brown bread and 1 cereal choice. Became boring. Waiter asked me to toast GF we bought on public toaster.
Great shops, great reasonably priced eating places and very friendly people.
To be honest I only came to Ellesmere Port to get a tattoo from Jay Hutton at Adrenaline Tattoo Studio. An experience I would rate 10 out of 10. I didn’t see enough of Ellesmere Port to give a fair comment.
