「I had a lovely 6 night stay at the Indigo Hotel. My room was clean with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and had a wonderful spa shower with full size toiletries and a robe & slippers upon request. The complimentary snacks were great! My room was a bit cold and I was unable to adjust the heat. I did ask about it and was told it would be adjusted, but did not notice a difference and just wore more clothes at night. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and I would love to stay there...

「Beautifully presented hotel, room was very very nice, clean and generally very pleasant. The bed was sublime. Travelling for business around 100 nights a year, it’s not often you get a bed THAT comfortable. Large carpark just 20m from the hotel which is less than £10 for 24hrs.」

「Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.」

「Clean and comfortable room, polite staff and ideal location right in the centre of Chester. The nearest parking is only a 5-10 minute walk away and costs £8 for 24 hours. Unfortunately we didnt have chance to eat here as we only stayed 1 night and had other plans but the food being brought out to other guests did look great. Would definitely stay again!」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」

「We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,...
