"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special....
"The location of this property and the view was amazing! As advertised, right across the street is the sea and you get a wonderful view of the sunset in the evening! Beach is walkable and easy to access from the hotel, and the breakfast and dinner options were all fantastic. Staff was very helpful with any questions that I had and parking was in abundance compared to other places I've stayed at in Italy. They even have a parking garage!"

"This hotel is the perfect stay in Mondello. It is walking distance to everything Mondello has to offer. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. They were able to reserve transfers from the airport and to our next stop in Sicily. The pool was beautiful and clean. "
"We stayed at Kunesias twice on our trip to Italy - at the beginning and end of our stay. The airport shuttle is convenient. It's €25 in the day and €30 at night.
The staff was really helpful and kind when it came to giving us directions to get to Palermo and the check in both times went super smoothly.
Rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really good!"

Bedroom is clean& basic. Could do with a few additional comforts ie, another plug socket, full length mirror, tea/coffee making facilities, an evening menu as the restaurant was lovely. Maybe some local tourist information -ask reception for a discount voucher for the beach beds & parasol etc Train station info and alike. Would book again. "
