「The room was clean but it was NOT in the hotel and NOT as advertised. The hallway was dark, the elevator was slow - better to walk the 6 flights of stairs. There was no one on the front desk when we arrived so we waited 15 minutes to check in. It was a very unwelcoming place and we did not feel safe there. The price changed by $100 when we paid for it with all fees in versus what it was advertised for. This is absolute FALSE advertising.」

「This is NOT a hotel! It is not even a B&B since it does not offer any breakfast or coffee (no restaurant or room service is available onsite and the alcohol bar was closed during our stay). The reception desk is open only during the day and you are expected to let yourself in and out to the 10th floor without any staff assistance using one of two very busy tiny elevators (2 people max) which are servicing all other floors as well. The building houses other offices/businesses on the floors below...
